I have a wide foot and very high arch! Typically I wear an 8, but find when I can get a shoe in a wide a 7.5. I ordered an 8 wide originally and it was too big. My foot slid around and lifted out of the boot when I walked. The 7.5 was slightly tight on one foot and fit perfectly on the other foot, which is odd because it was my longer foot. I took them to a boot store to be stretched and they fit amazingly!! I absolutely love them Super comfortable!! Cannot wait to wear them for my wedding

These boots are very beautiful in person! They’re very sparkly and I love them! They fit true to size. I haven’t worn them yet. I just received them in the mail and tried them on and they fit well. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they’re bigger on my legs than I’d like, but I think that’s how they’re made because they fit everywhere else. I’m still keeping them though! They’re stunning! Also, I ordered these and they shipped the very next day. Very impressed with how quickly I received these boots! Thank you Skips!!!!

What a great experience ordering from Skip's! I was a little apprehensive ordering online but I know my Corral boots and how they fit, so I took the chance! I loved this boot online and was planning on wearing it to my wedding. Unfortunately, when it arrived and I tied it on, it was not flattering at all on me. It ran large and was the same width from the ankle up to the top of the boot, kind of making it look like I had “cankles.” Of course, I knew that these boots wouldn’t work for me....for sure not on my big day. So, I thought I’d call customer service and let them know the situation. I called and no one answered. So I left a message...four days ago. Still no response. So then I left customer service an email message. Still no response. So now i’n wondering if anybody at Skips responds to customers’ issues.
Ideally, I would like be allowed to return the boots since they are not a good fit for me and have never been worn.
We shall see... I’d to update this and tell a great story about Skips customer service.
